All products listed on riishorganic.com are priced in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST and applicable taxes.

Product Availability

We strive to maintain sufficient stock of all listed products. However, due to seasonal sourcing and limited batch production, some items may become temporarily unavailable.

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust product pricing without prior notice
  • Introduce or revoke discounts or offers
  • Limit order quantities if necessary (especially during promotions or stock shortages)

Order Modifications

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified. This includes changes to product quantity, shipping address, or payment method.

We urge you to carefully review your cart, delivery details, and payment method before checkout.

Note:

  • We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details. Your payment credentials are handled exclusively by the payment provider.
  • In case of a failed transaction or payment error, the deducted amount (if any) will typically be auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days.

Order Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, we request you to do so before the order is dispatched.

Cancellation Window

Orders can only be cancelled if:

  • The cancellation request is made before shipping
  • The order is still in our processing stage
Once your order is shipped, we will not be able to accept any cancellation request.

Refund on Cancellation

For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
