At RIISH Organics, we strive to ensure every product meets the highest quality standards. Due to the consumable nature of our wellness products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
Eligible Return/Exchange Cases
- You have received a wrong item or incorrect variant.
- The product is expired or damaged on arrival.
If either of the above occurs, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
What You’ll Need
- A clear photo of the product and its packaging (including batch number)
- Your order ID and date of purchase
- A short description of the issue
Resolution
Upon verification, we’ll offer:
Replacement
A replacement at no additional cost.
Refund
A full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
Important Notes
- Products must remain unopened and unused for a refund or replacement to be issued.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
- We are unable to process any requests made beyond 24 hours from delivery.
